How It Works
fibertime™ is pay-as-you-go fiber internet for homes and communities across South Africa. No contracts. No debit orders. No credit checks. No installation fees.
When connected, your internet is completely unlimited — no data caps, no throttling. You buy days of access, not data bundles. Every home gets a free router and UPS battery installed.
No data caps. No speed limits. No surprises at the end of the month. Stream, scroll, game, video call — all day, every day, for as many days as your voucher covers.
Vouchers & Pricing
At your local spaza shop or through any of these — no bank account needed:
Once you have the code, go to fibertime.app, log in, and enter it to activate your days.
You simply go offline. No penalty. No charge. No contract to cancel. When you're ready to come back, buy a new voucher and enter it at fibertime.app — your account and devices stay exactly as you left them.
Check you've entered the code correctly (it's case-sensitive) and that you're connected to @fibertime™ and logged into fibertime.app. Still not working? WhatsApp us with your code and cell number.
Getting Connected
Yes — phones, tablets, laptops, Smart TVs, gaming consoles. Anything with WiFi works.
To add a device: fibertime.app → Menu → My Devices → Add Device. Link a voucher to it and it's online.
No. Your fibertime™ account is linked to your cell number only. Even if someone connects to the same router, they cannot access your account, your voucher, or your devices. You're in full control.

Devices & Router
Your router is linked to your current address and can't be moved. If you move to a community where fibertime™ is active, WhatsApp us and we'll get you set up at your new address.
Yes. fibertime™ is pay-as-you-go — if you don't top up, nothing happens. No penalty, no charge. When you're ready to reconnect, just buy a new voucher. Your account stays exactly as you left it.
fibertime™ is a fiber-based service — you need to be in a fibertime™ zone to connect. You can use it anywhere in your community where you see @fibertime™ in your WiFi settings, but it can't travel with you outside of coverage areas.
Coverage & Installation
fibertime™ is live across townships in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria and other major cities — and expanding fast. WhatsApp us with your address or community name to check coverage.
- Sign up when a fibertime™ rep knocks on your door
